Doss Towing gets 5 Stars from me. I will be using them from now on whenever a need arises. The lady on the phone was very professional and helpful. The tow truck driver was totally awesome. To make a long story short I purchased a new car battery from Advanced Auto where the employee improperly installed the car battery causing my car to lose all power . Then my car cuts off late at night in the middle of the road. Luckily, I was able to crank the car 30 minutes later and park into a store parking lot. Would definitely use again if needed. We were coming back to greensboro from WV Easter Sunday. My daughter had a flat tire and no spare. We called so many places and no one answered or couldn't help until she called them. Showed up in a timely manner, super friendly and helpful. He found us a tire already on a rim. We had an issue with the sway bar, he offered to help in so many ways, but we declined and came on home, he even reached out to make sure we made it home safely.

This Towing service was much more than just 5 stars! Heather was very quick to answer the phone and set up for someone to come to get us. The area we was located was an awful place to be broken down on an interstate just the start of getting off an exit ramp in a big city limit. So time was ticking even the cop that came to help us out was even scared that she was going to get hit if that tells you anything about the area we was stuck at. Everything between the phone call and him getting out their plus hooked up was less than 30 mins probably more like 20. I don't think I've ever seen any towing company be that fast.
