Doss Towing gets 5 Stars from me. I will be using them from now on whenever a need arises. The lady on the phone was very professional and helpful. The tow truck driver was totally awesome. To make a long story short I purchased a new car battery from Advanced Auto where the employee improperly installed the car battery causing my car to lose all power . Then my car cuts off late at night in the middle of the road. Luckily, I was able to crank the car 30 minutes later and park into a store parking lot. The issue was the battery with a lose connection. The tow truck driver wiggled my cables to my car battery and all my power came back on to my car. He then got his tools out to tighten my car battery to get the battery as tight as it could go. I'm very thankful. I took my car previously to Advanced Auto 3 times for my battery having a loose connection after they installed the new battery. I also had called Triple AAA, but they new showed up. Triple AAA called me 12 hours later to see if I still needed them. Ever since the tow truck driver at Doss Towing tightened my car battery, no more issues. Thanks so much Doss Towing. You Rock!!!!
