I got into an accident in Naugy and they came to tow my car. The tow truck driver could not have been nicer or more empathetic. I had groceries in my trunk because I was leaving Big Y when the accident happened. He helped me put everything in my car into my father’s. When I tried to tip him he wouldn’t accept it, he told me to try and enjoy my weekend. That gesture was incredibly thoughtful and unselfish during a very stressful event and considering how expensive cost of living is these days. I believe his name was Jeremy. Thank you Jeremy for restoring my faith in mankind. There are still good people out there, which is very good to know. I definitely recommend this...read full review

My son got into an accident on prospect/Naugatuck line. Local police called ace auto since they were next on tow rotation. 3 cars needed to be towed they showed up with 2 wreckers and a flat bed. Since my sons car is rear wheel drive with front end damage they put it on dollies. As a former wrecker operator myself I do understand police tows, state rates, and additional cost and was ready for a whopper of a bill for it to be towed from Naugatuck to Wolcott. Not only did they not try and take me for a ride, they were professional and polite. Will use again! Quality family owned and operated business...A big thank you to Eric for a job well done!
