Asked for a fade but got a practically bald cut instead...how can i put -5 stars?

They messed up my friend hair like the Dominican Lady who is called Ofeila didn't go by what he wanted or even close to the request he had and also didn't take responsible of her work. I would not personally recommend this to anyone this beauty salon or this hairstylist.
