Our new refrigerator stopped working and we lost all our food. Parker was the technician who came to help. He was on time and tenaciously investigated all possible options. He answered our questions, ordered the parts needed and replaced them as soon as they arrived. The refrigerator worked for a few weeks and then stopped again. Parker came back and fixed another piece. The refrigerator worked for a few weeks and stopped again. Parker came back out and contacted Whirlpool and together they found another part that needed replacing. We were giving up on this appliance but Parker was determined to make it work. I was very pleased with Chance, who had to reinstall a new dishwasher for me.I bought it at Home Depot and their installer really did a bad job. Thanks to Chance, I am able to use it.
Robert from Convenience Appliance Service came out this morning for a dishwasher problem.
