I have been tanning at BVI for about 3-1/2 years now. Prices are reasonable for packages. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful! I can’t tell you how many questions I’ve had about the lotions since I have very sensitive skin. I use all the different level beds they have and never had any issues. The matrix is an awesome addition. I love using this bed a few times before I leave for vacation as it quickly enhances my color. Highly recommend! ?

Bought 6 visit package, ended up loving the stand up bed best and achieved the best tan! I have one visit left in the Matrix to seal in my tan. I appreciate the employees being honest about which beds were best and never pressured me into buying the more expensive package. All of their beds are TOP OF THE LINE - hot bulbs. Definitely give them a try.

Came from Virginia just to try the Matrix bed based on the reviews. I was extremely pleased with my experience. Cynthia was amazing! As a first time customer Cynthia was very accommodating and professional. Her demeanor was bubbly and really made me feel welcome. She showed me how the bed works, cleaned it for me before I started and asked me about my experience afterwards. She shook my hand as I was leaving and invited me back. I will definitely be back when I’m in town again. A true five star experience!!Service: Tanning
