Staff was extremely nice and polite. Patient and informative of any questions I had. Multiple name brand inks to select from, sets or individual colors, in case you want to try a new color too. Also nice selection of tattoo machines/tattoo pens. If there was something they didn't have in stock, they informed me of its most likely arrival time. Considering I drive an hour and a half to get there, extremely satisfied in my visit and will be returning. Extremely appreciative of a storefront like this, a chance to see products Hands-On etc true colors of inks and patterns of your needle.
