I have been coming to this location for well over a year now. I have had many massage therapy sessions as well as a few acupuncture sessions. All of the staff are extremely professional and kind. The ambience of the office is very pleasing and the rooms for massage therapy are set up with soft lighting and peaceful music to help you relax.I know that they cater to the Employees’ a Atrium Health, Wake Forest Baptist but I do believe they also serve the community as a whole. There are several massage therapists. Candie is an excellent massage therapist that I’ve been seeing for a while and very very pleased with. Unfortunately, she is leaving the practice soon. I’ve also seen Rebecca and Courtney, both which are skilled therapists. The gentleman that does acupuncture is highly skilled and knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable. It was a new experience for me and he had me completely at ease. It did help with some tension headaches I was having at the time as well as some back pain.I definitely recommend this business as they are excellent. The only issue you may have is getting an appointment because they are so good that they stay booked.

If you’re interested in pseudo medicine, thinking your way out of very real health issues, and being told that you have leaky gut and an inflamed gall bladder after feeling your pulse for 10 seconds, this is the place for you. If you want real treatment then I suggest going elsewhere. I was fully ready to try acupuncture and changes to my supplement regimen. What I was not prepared for was being told my postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome is because I have unprocessed trauma. Dr. Brown was dismissive of all my concerns, insistent that she knows best, and suggested I read books and watch YouTube videos to retrain my brain and cure myself. Maybe this is what some people want in a doctor but I was looking for real help. She dismissed the tests that I wanted. She told me she hoped I wasn’t attached to my diagnoses because she was going to make my incurable illnesses go away. I’m honestly appalled that this clinic is associated with Wake. There is no scientific evidence to back almost anything she suggests. Save your money and the drive (I drove hours for this.) My friend who came with me was equally appalled. I was open to trying new things. But I have no interest in pseudo science that dismisses real, evidence based, proven diagnoses. I have never met a doctor that the term “quack” so appropriately applies to.

Dr.Brown helped me change my life. She is a wonderful person along with being highly skilled in her profession.Integrative medicine requires more activity from the patient than from the Provider. This area of medicine requires self awareness and self discipline to achieve what your heart desires for your physical health. The message she shared with me that helped change my life was this. " I can not give you anything that is not inside yourself." Personal accountability is the only way to reach your goals and best life. Keep doing what you do and being who you are because you have not only helped me but other loved ones I have sent your way. Forever grateful, Much Love... Namaste

Dr. Chen is amazing. He listened to me and offered solutions that didn't come in the form of a medication. It was so refreshing.

Dr. Brown and the entire staff are warm and caring. Dr. Brown has helped me make real changes in my health. I am so grateful for her expertise and looking deeper into my health concern than every doctor I have seen before.

this place is a joke. the doctor suggests something to you and never follows up on her suggestions. she will leave you hanging and is so unhelpful. what a waste of my time and a waste of a drive. at this practice, they like to mess around and do nothing at all to help the patient. I would not give the place one star personally.

Dr Brown is unfeeling, non-communicative, and just shy of incompetent. I was assured she was knowledgeable about MTHFR and other genetic issues that impact ones ability to process chemicals, vital nutrients, and toxic load. All I got was her silly half smile blank look (see current picture) and no intelligible response. This is a vindictive woman charading as someone who cares. She blocked me from continuing the acupuncture and massage that had provided the ONLY relief to my life altering symptoms rather than admit that she could not provide answers to my questions. After 17 months of successful treatments this woman cancelled my appointments by mail just 3 hours before a pain relief appointment. She was unfeeling and uncaring about my communication difficulties AND contrary to their advertised accommodations for people with special needs never once offered communication assistance.

Currently in a battle with the billing dept as they are trying to charge me for acupuncture visits that were already paid for. I paid cash for the visits and didn't think I would need a paper trail to prove payment. PATIENTS BEWARE - ASK FOR DETAILED RECEIPTS AND KEEP THEM HANDY IN CASE THEY TRY TO RIP YOU OFF THE WAY THEY ARE DOING ME.
