I have been with this veterinary office for over 10 years, and I truly cannot imagine trusting my pets anywhere else. From the front office staff to the vet techs to the veterinarians themselves, every single person here is compassionate, thoughtful, and incredibly thorough.
There honestly aren’t enough words to describe the heart behind the care they provide. They take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and treat both pets and owners with genuine kindness and respect. You never feel rushed, dismissed, or like just another appointment — they truly care.
Their attention to detail, knowledge, and empathy have been consistent over the years, and that kind of care is rare. I am beyond grateful for the dedication and love this team shows every day. If you’re looking for a veterinary office that treats your pets like family, this is it.

Although I had to wait awhile because they were super busy, the staff was awesome and still managed to work my cat in for diagnostics because she wasn’t acting like herself and was likely in a lot of pain. Dr. Pierce was so kind and informative and took great care of my bestie girl, Mila. All of the front desk staff are so kind. I am so sad Dr. Pierce is leaving but I’m glad that Mila was cared for by her on this day. Photos are mila before vet and after. I am so grateful for them and what they do ❤️

My favorite vets. They always take great care of my pets. The staff and the doctors are all great. They are a full service veterinary hospital, but they do not have after hours services for emergencies. You need to go to the emergency vet for that

We recently moved to the area and had a new patient appointment for our dog. The vet was very friendly and professional, spent time with us, asked good questions and did a thorough exam. The staff was very nice even though we were an hour late because I had the time wrong! We still didn't have to wait long. They don't provide boarding or daycare, which is probably why the office and waiting room seemed much calmer than at my previous vet. This made for a very good experience for my puppy and me!

We have been going to Ard Vista for 5 years now. They saved our dog, Phil. They treated our cat time and time again and were ultimately the ones to put him to rest. They are now the ones in charge of everything health related to our new kitten. I would genuinely not trust any other vet service the way I trust Ard Vista. Dr. Morrison and Dr. Patton are incredible and we are so lucky to have this vet in Winston

The Best veterinarians I've ever had the honor and pleasure of meeting and knowing. I've taken my previous fur baby there for more than seven years, since adopting her at three months old. Dr. Geisler, vet tech, Zach, and all the team have ALWAYS been courteous, kind, compassionate, understanding and highly professional EVERY time. I trust them and love them so much that even when I moved from Winston Salem, NC to Charlotte, NC, I'd still make the trip (plan a whole day of it) just to make sure my pup was getting the best care with the familiar faces we've come to know and appreciate.
