Great job, put Metal Roof, fixed all siding (was old brittle 20 yr old siding), installed beautiful 5” downspouts everywhere needed, fantastic crews, me and my wife are very happy with price, process, and result.
This is a follow-up to my previous rating if I could go negative insteadof 1 star i would!.My name once again is Tina and Alpha Omega is Roofing Company us who DRB Group of Raliegh contracted to roof my new home. I had a roof leak which flooded by front room and Alpha Omega did not respond after multiple calls for help but only after a FB review of their service. Representative Tania finally contacted me and had her fellow manager arrange for a service call which came a day late and left without doing anything as it started as it started rain without doing anything. We used Alpha Omega to replace our roof and install an integrated solar system (BIPV). Their pricing was competitive, they were on schedule, and the final product came out great. They spent a lot of time with us answering questions prior to work starting, and they were very quick to follow up with us long after the project was completed. Excellent experience and highly recommended!
