I was very skeptical at first bringing in my first pc build that wouldn't turn on, considering most shops I know are just at it for a quick cash grab. But my experience with Mr. Walt has been terrific, throughout the whole month we were trying to get my pc to finally work. He is very informative as I have learned A LOT of things about computers and the whole hobby itself. He is very punctual as he is straightforward with his communication which I really liked. He was very generous and very accomodating to me as upon running diagnostics, he managed to come up with the solution/s and options that I could choose, without me having to spend a big amount of money. At the end I did spend a big sum due to issues with the marketplace. I had bought 2 replacement motherboards and a replacement processor. The first one motherboard was defective so had to attempt a return, but luckily the 2nd mobo and the processor fixed my problem. The final service fee he gave me was more than fair as the service I recieved from him was worth way more. HIGHLY Recommend this guy for computer services in the area. Honest. Informative. Accomodating.
Reliable fast and honest. I bought a pc from Best Buy in march, it worked good up till 2 months ago I sent the computer back to the production company and they couldn’t fix my issue I took it to Walteck, he was able to diagnose my computer issue was motherboard and suggested taking it back to Best Buy and try to get it fixed there. They didn’t want to do much and walteck was able to provide me with what to say to them. 10/10 recommended he goes above and beyond for his clients.
Bought a gaming system from Walteck about a month ago. This is a must have for any gamer! Brings back so many childhood memories. all games from playstation 1 and back. Games work great and Walteck's customer service is beyond great. They were happy to help with any questions I had with the system. 100% recommend. Thanks again!!
