A wonderful and very honest business owner who was able to bring my computer back to life after the "big box" techs told me it was hopeless. Totally recommend and loved the service!! if there were 10 stars, I'd have chosen it!!
Thank you, "Styx"! What a wonderful man. I was at a total loss, trying to work with my new computer, while everything I needed was on my old machine. Patiently, timely and affordably, Styx guided me through the process. Oh , I left out "calmly". I was calm. I knew both machines were in experienced hands. Done, done and done. Thank you!
It was a really good experience, gave detailed info on the repairing procedures and said there was other problem areas concerning the malfunction of my device(I-pad)and was very helpful and polite in furnishing me with ways to insure the proper maintenance and longevity of my device, was very pleased!
