These people are fantastic and such a fantastic business with great customer service and the best in the rocky mount area. We contacted many different companies that wanted to charge outrageous prices but this company will not overcharge you and they do a fantastic job with amazing customer service. They were able to fix our septic with a new D box and we're able to blow out our original lines. Other companies were trying to rip us off and try to say they whole thing needed to be done when it didn't. This company is honest and decent. We found out we had a water leak near the road on a Thursday about 2 weeks ago. The city came out and said it’s on our side to fix. We called around nobody could come that week. Friday morning he called Waltson, they were here around 9. And job fixed in an hour. I love their speediness and accuracy to fix issue and not over price us or string us along. Hard to find honest help and great customer service. Thank you thank you thank you We will be using them for any other plumbing needs!
