I don't usually write reviews, but the service I received from Mackenzie from Studio W was so superb, I had to write this. I needed full color as well as a haircut with a new stylist as I've just relocated to North Carolina. Not only did MacKenzie understand immediately what I needed and had terrific ideas of her own, she dove right in to my 4 hour long appointment without hesitation. The amazing result was beyond any expectation I could have had - it was just beautiful. She is EXPERT level on ALL levels even at her young age. It has been a year since I have gotten my haircut, so when I visited my parents up here in Wilson, I discovered Studio W! I scheduled an appointment and was super excited to get my hair finally cut! The place was super clean and bright, and Mackenzie, my stylist, was so sweet! She asked me what I wanted in terms of my new hairstyle, and was super thorough with every step. She was very charismatic and I loved having her style my hair. I was extremely happy with the cut, and would 100% return if I visit Wilson again!

Everyone here has such commitment to their craft. The dedication to customer satisfaction is top notch. Stephanie makes sure all her clients and staff are happy and comfortable. This makes for a very relaxing environment for everyone who walks in the door❤️. Highly recommend all stylists and staff for your needs.
