Jean (and hubby are owners) did such a painstakingly thorough job that I just couldn’t believe there was an artist who was both professionally knowledgeable AND great at customer service! She would do a step, put me under the UV light for curing, repeat and repeat! She took her time. Very friendly… I learned a lot, and not just about nails!!! She put on gel color after the manicure. I loved it so much that I also got the most delightful pedicure, with calluses removed an all! (Yes, I have been for pedicures at inferior salons, and could not really tell a difference.) All of this for a very affordable price. And I did purchase lotion (a bit pricey but well worth it!) for my feet and anywhere else! They take reservations which is a great thing because I did not have time to wait! One more thing. The massaging chair really helped my back while Jean helped my feet and legs! Highly recommend!“

“This place is amazing!! I have been getting my nails done by Annie for years, and I drive all the way from Rocky Mount. She always takes her time when doing my nails and she never disappoints. She makes sure to suggest things that are best for her clients. Whatever I ask she knows how to do. Tony takes care by taking his time polishing your nails. I never feel rushed. Annie is the only tech there who does nails, and she stresses quality over quantity so you must book an appointment, and I completely agree. She will not disappoint. Booking an appointment helps lower your wait time and assures that you are helped within your time and Annie is devoted to doing your nails. Annie, Tony, and the staff there has a loyal customer in me! Highly recommended!! Very professional!! Clean and sanitary!!“

“I've been living in Wilson, North Carolina for less than a year after relocating from Los Angeles to be closer to family. It's been a frustrating adjustment, especially when it comes to finding the level of nail care I was used to back home. After visiting several salons in the area, I can honestly say SoHo Nails Spa is the first one that truly delivered--and then some. I came in for an acrylic fill-in and a Green Tea Pedicure. My nail technician, Erik, was incredibly efficient and attentive. I was a little nervous at first because I wanted my nails cut shorter and reshaped--nothing was wrong with them, they had just grown out longer than I prefer. Erik put my mind at ease and exceeded every expectation. He took his time, even though it was close to closing, and made sure every nail was shaped perfectly. The pedicure was pure luxury. I was surprised and delighted when slices of grapefruit and orange were massaged into my legs during the treatment--it felt amazing and so refreshing. Erik's wife, Laina, took care of my cousin, and she walked out saying it was hands down the best pedicure she's ever had. We hadn't made an appointment and only ended up there because our usual place closed early. SoHo was close to my cousin's home, and we decided to give it a try--best spontaneous decision we've made. The salon was clean, stylish, and had a welcoming vibe. Most of the clients there were regulars, chatting comfortably with staff and each other, which told us a lot about the consistency of their service. SoHo Nails Spa is a true gem in Wilson. I'm so happy to have found a place that blends top-notch service with an inviting atmosphere. We'll definitely be returning--this is now our nail spot!“
