I wnnted a simple gel set for my nails. The lady misunderstood me when I told her I wanted my pointer finger to be sparkly whle the rest of my fingers, a plum shade. She did the opposite, and I wasn't pay attentiion. They still came out okay. The staff is very reserve and quiet.Services: Dip powder

Good quick service & didn’t have to wait. Charge never consistent, last time was steep;??? Always get gel mani/pedi (non-gel). Staff always conversing amongst themselves in their language which I think is extremely rude, particularly when they are laughing & looking at customers ? Stop that!!!? You are very convenient for me & do a good job, but we know you are talking about “Us”!

I have been going here for over five years if not longer I had stopped and was going somewhere else due to distance. However I came back to what I know. There will always be some type of problems in business but I have never had a problem with Vincent. Also from a business owner perspective we have to learn to listen and be open as well which leads to customer satisfaction. Overall, I love No.1 nails and the girl with the Bob does the best pedicure ever and I mean the best!
