Recently took someone over for a back to school loan. Even though they were not able to extend his request they took time to council with him and get him on the right road to success .
There has NEVER been a time where staff were not kind, professional and approachable. They always listened when I went on and on about an issue/crisis I was facing. They always appeared happy to be at work and never left you feeling They regretted you entered their establishment.
I would love to say they have helped my mother and me and Nikki is top tier in customer service. She has spoke with us as if she has known us for years and I recommend her and the rest even though I haven't spoken to them personally to anyone. Just ask for Nikki she is fantastic!!!!!
