I have been a client for more than ten years and use their service on a monthly basis. My home remains spider and bug free to my satisfaction. Once, I had an unexpected ant situation and they were highly responsive and solved the problem within 24 hours and scheduled a follow-up visit to make sure the situation was resolved. I highly recommend Empire Pest Control.

Amazing company. We moved into a rental home in september of 2019, the previous tenants had left the place a mess and many many roaches. Our landlord had another pest control company come to get rid of them but it wasn't working (they came 3 times). I read a couple reviews for empire and I was sold, I called them in May and i' just gonna say I should have called them sooner. They do such a great job and are so attentive.

We've been customers for four years, maybe five, I really can't recommend them more highly. When we bought our first home it came with some undesirable housemates, roaches. We tried everything we could find, hired two other well-known companies. Still couldn't get rid of them. After we hired Empire Pest we started seeing results the first month & after four they were completely gone! We've had mice come in a few times over the years & they were always gone fast. We had the same tech (Jim) for years, he was just wonderful, kind & friendly. After we moved we had to change plans to quarterly because we live further out, but they make the drive for us.
