I have always thought it was hard to get into this type of fitness but the team at yoga6 has created the best possible environment for all levels. The level of service you get is found nowhere else. Couldn’t be happier.

I love this studio! I love the sculpt and flow with Jen M and Paige G as they always play the best music. Sarah is also very helpful and kind. They are very welcoming and I always leave feeling much better. I also like how they do student discounts for students as I am a UNCW student!

Incredibly welcoming staff and environment. Instructors are knowledgeable, personable and approachable. There's a sense of community. I started for the physical benefits of yoga and was pleasantly surprised that it came with a side of mental, spiritual, and social benefits.
