Fantastic yoga studio. Wide variety of classes and a diverse set of instructors that are all top notch. I look forward to trying out many more of the classes. Pay what you can option is really cool and they have a very inviting atmosphere for all levels.

Have very serious back issues and have done the ortho stuff..the pts..the chiropractors..laser.tried it all and at wits end.Found Jen at Wilmington Yoga and she totally understood my issues..Working with me on all these back issues and I am both pleased and amazed.Her knowledge,patience and treatment plan rock

I started WYC in December and I love my new home! As an instructor and practitioner, I value and appreciate actively learning in a studio environment. All of the instructors are very knowledgeable, not to mention the variation of hot classes is the best in town! Great community too! 😊
