Wilmington Health Internal Medicine - Porters Neck

I had a mid-morning bloodwork appointment. There's a complex of buildings - a little confusing so I went into one for directions. Very nice staff gave me directions and checked me in so I would not have to in the correct office. I was about 10 minutes early - waited about a minute and was called in. Out the door finished before my actual appointment time. Sweet!

the greet was rude(The front desk, every single one of them) English is my second language and they thought I don't understand what they are saying. They straight talk shit about me. But on the other hand, the staff/doctor that work inside is great!

Every time I've came into any Wilmington Health location I have been greeted extremely rudely and disrespectfully. The treatment from the doctors is usually fine, nothing extraordinary but they always get the job done, but the majority of the receptionists are extremely rude and Insensitive. I went in today and I was in so much pain I was barely holding back tears, the woman screamed at me and told me to step closer to her or she wouldn't help me, even though there was a line of people in front of me already.Another amazing lady offered to help me and get me checked in and apologized for the woman's behavior, but unfortunately I get more of the rude robotic... read full review
