This is a 5 star facility. From the time I checked in until I walked out…totally professional, friendly and informative. I have recommended this facility and their doctors to several of my friend and family. Dr Springs was my ophthalmologist/surgeon and I highly recommend him.

This was my first visit to this office, from the front desk to the tech were amazing!!! The tech was gentle and great customer service, the Dr Dunlow was great doctor, very detailed excellent medical care, i went out to see the lens lady, she was very nice i had my frames, just need lens changed, my glasses were ready in a week, i went in 2.7.2026 and met with a women Julie, she was rude, my glasses were in plastic,she took the plastic and said i assumed you have a case, this women greated me with what are we doing here, she said the ran out of eye glass cleaner, this women was very unprofessional, one bad apple.
