All staff was respectful and professional. I have a phobia about my eyes and warned the practice ahead of time. Josh, Dr. Muncy’s assistant, asked me questions about it and made appropriate choices for the exam. He was reassuring and I trusted him and Dr. Muncy with my care. A very positive experience.
Like other businesses, they're short on employees - mainly techs; however, I wouldn't let this discourage me from choosing Wilmington Eye. Once I actually got to see the dr, I was treated professionally and with care. Overall experience was quite good and these will be my eye care professionals.
I had an eye emergency and they where able to get me in fast and everyone that I dealt with was very professional and knew what they where doing the dr and nurses where fantastic I would definitely go to them thank you Sal ??
