I am sitting in a room after waiting over 2 hours to see the doctor.Its past closing time and I'm no cloer to seeing the doctor than i was when i walked in the door. This is after the doctor canceled my original appointment and I've waited 6 weeks for the rescheduled time. This is a terrible way to treat patients. My time is as valuable as the doctors. I understand delays, call and reschedule, let me know when checking in, updates along the way.However, Dr. Hester is wonderful! He is very thorough and took his time(which I realize is probably why I had to wait so long)
Dr.Hester is a very good doctor. The waiting period is just a little too long to wait. It make it difficult for us because we get very tired easily and having to wait a long period of time it hard. Especially when I have to drive back to Bolivia, NC. Just wish he was closer. Dr. Hester does great work in examining his patient eyes. He make sure that we are good and happy with our sights. I really like Dr. Hester and his staff. They are very friendly. However, I have been there twice and both times I was literally there for 2 hours before seeing the doctor. My time is just as valuable to me as their time is to them. In my opinion this is disrespectful of the patient so I have a decision to make as to whether I will return.
