Booking online was quick and easy. We were able to get a same day appointment to have our AC unit looked at and repaired. The original appointment block was from 12:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. and when I called about the technician's estimated time of arrival Michelle showed great customer service on the phone with the information I requested. Our technician, Tanner, arrived at the updated time of arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor despite working outdoors in the rain. Tanner diagnosed and corrected our issue in less than 30 minutes (capacitor replacement). Blaze came out to my house as promised on the same morning as my emergency call. Matthew and later his manager worked tirelessly the entire day to diagnose and repair a very complicated issue with a blocked sewer line. All while remaining friendly and professional.We are so grateful that this was resolved on the same day otherwise we would have had to find alternative accommodation while this was fixed.
Cam was very professional and solved and identified the problem. We are very happy with the prompt response and personal service that Blazer supplied.
