While the staff that comes to the home have been wonderful, my complaint is about the statements they send. My mother and father both received statements with a lack of details on why they were being billed. Once I called, I was told it was their deductibles. That could have been stated on the statement for clarification, and that is something I feel they should’ve been told up front instead of being told services were covered.

This place deserve a negative!! The nurse came to my moms house and did absolutely nothing. She said all she needed to do was lay eyes on her got her to sign the iPad and that’s it. And when I asked her what services she provide for my mom she got a snappy attitude and got loud and ignorant with me. Her name is Michelle the rn. So if your loved one get a nurse name Michele know that she gets the patient to sign false documents saying she took vitals and she didn’t. This is illegal and stealing!!! I will be getting a lawyer to look into this to see just how much she’s been stealing !!

I've been working 10 years in healthcare, WellCare almost 5 months, and I've loved every bit of it so far. I love the staff I work with, they're so understanding, sensitive/friendly to the clients, and thorough if we have any questions, or needed to go over a 'skill.' Nothing else I'd rather do!!!
