Any negative reviews are likely competition. I was impressed with their service and quality of floor and installation. I've never heard of this company and chose them based on the service they provided me, helping me choose my floor etc.

This is one of those experiences where you wish you could give more than 5 stars! Every team member we interacted with was a pleasure to work with, but Alyssa and Stephanie truly stood out since we worked with them the most. Despite several external challenges beyond anyone's control—and my own indecisiveness about which flooring to choose—they were consistently patient, kind, and incredibly understanding throughout the entire process. I couldn't be happier with my experience with the USA Flooring team!

Alyssa was very helpful, kept me informed on every aspect. She was super nice and friendly. Stephanie was also very nice and helpful one day I was there and Alyssa was not there. In Durham Sam and Jordan were friendly and helpful and very nice.
