We were pleased with the installers. They worked hard and cleaned up. Since they did not speak English it was difficult to communicate. We recommend at least one person use a translating app to minimize this challenge.

My experience was very good. Scheduling was convenient and timely, as was installation. I went through Costco and got a nice Costco money back shop card. My new floor looks beautiful.

After contacting multiple companies trying to find an exact match for our LVP flooring, I finally found it at USA Flooring. Stephanie was so pleasant to work with. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very patient with us when dealing with any concerns we had. The installation crew arrived on time and did not disappoint. They were professional, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly. I cannot say enough good things about this company and its employees.
