Cooper Marshall, Managing Partner at To Serve Contracting in Wilmington, NC, knocked on our door several months ago. Not to be bothered, I told him that I wasn’t interested, even though I knew my roof needed replacing. Frankly, I didn’t trust people who gained business that way. A couple of months later, he came back, and my wife talked to him and scheduled an appointment to have the roof inspected. I called Cooper Marshall from To Serve Contracting and asked if he would look at my roof. From my first call, he was knowledgeable, personable, and punctual. He's impressive on so many levels. I wish more businesses provided the customer service that I received from him. I highly recommend working with Cooper.

Cooper was helpful from the beginning getting a claim for wind damage done quickly. He clearly understands the claims process and worked with the adjuster to get a full roof replacement, new chimney flashing, and even new gutters too! Any questions or issues that I had with the roof after the fact were addressed and handled professionally.
