If I could give zero stars, I would. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve dealt with. Calls went unanswered, messages were ignored, and any communication that did happen led nowhere with zero follow-up. The lack of accountability and effort was beyond frustrating. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually values their customers and knows how to run a business professionally.

We built a home in 2022. The LVP was installed and started to buckle. I had to threaten to seek legal action before they would take me seriously.
They blamed me sending out a third party floor person who decided that it was a flooring defect. The manufacturer honored the floor warranty and it was replaced end of 2023. With 6 months same issues. Huge gaps and buckling. I contacted them to get no response. The flooring manufacturer is now blaming them for faulty installation.
At this point, I am just done.
Please don’t make the same mistake I did and use them for flooring.

Same result as previous reviewer. They installed tile for my builder in our new home. Contacted them several times for help with a problem at just shy of three years. Zero help. Zero response to multiple contacts. Find someone else to do your tile.
