im going to go out on a limb here. i’m going to guess that possibly the only truthful reviews here are the one and two star reviews if you look you will see that they are the only ones to receive likes i started with dr lamphier but stayed on with dr g despite having much difficulty with communication or call backs often not timely sometimes not at all i expressed my concerns a number of times over the years. each time i was met with the fact that there was a new office manager so since i rarely need her i would forget til next time the interesting thing about this review is it NEED NOT have been posted. had she handled my resignation from her practice professionally i would have cut bait and kept going however i contacted them to terminate my contract i did not feel i needed to give 30 days notice as i had not been provided the services that were agreed upon from her end complete denial of the fact that i left 3 messages over a week period with no return call. was not provided with refills on prescriptions that CVS tried for 3-4 weeks to get permission for i rarely need med attention but often when i do i am working out of town and if i need attention,i.e, if i am sick. 72-120 hours after i call is not a sufficient turn around BEST PART normally my payment is drafted on the first of the month since i asked them not to charge me going forward they not only charged me they charged me 5 days early 2/22. TIDAL WELLNESS TEAM you could have done way better. pretty shitty that u ran my card early instead of taking responsibility for poor service

I was diagnosed with Graves and Hyperthyroid post delivery of my child. Local endocrinology prescribed medication and at the second visit said my levels were normal and to discontinue medicine. I was concerned because I still felt exhausted and just off. Saw Dr. Griffin for a second opinion. She did A LOT of lab work and discovered I had reactivated Epstein Barr. It would have never been caught if it wasn’t for her. She is now my primary care doctor and I have referred friends and family to her. Very patient and thorough physician who looks at the entire body not just pieces. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr. Griffin prescribed 2 different hormones even though I advised multiple times I had Factor V Leiden AND previous clots. Assured me it was fine due to low dose. Then I was advised by my OB/GYN and PCP, to immediately stop taking hormones due to Factor V Leiden AND 2 previous blood clots in my lungs. On another occasion she chastised me for not starting a med to which I responded I was already on a similar med, and she was aware. She back peddled and said she made a mistake when she added it to the portal for me to purchase yet another supplement. All folllowed by me giving the required 30 day notice to terminate the contract on 5/1/22, but was charged for June because I did not give a 30 day notice. Last time I checked, May had 31 days. I would give a 1 but the front office staff/nurses were always wonderful.

Dr Griffin and Nurse Jen have offered me professional and succinct care several times at affordable prices from a yearly physical to an acute care visit scheduled last minute due to illness. Highly recommend!

I've lived a holistic lifestyle and worked professionally in the supplements industry for the last 20 years. This is the worst physician's office and doctor I have been to. Savannah at the front desk is the only incredible gem - she is kind and accommodating. "Integrative" is a stretch, to say the least. Dr. Griffin had poor bedside manner and did not facilitate her appointments with me like a holistic physician. She didn't inquire about my stress management, diet, sleep, exercise, or anything that would indicate a holistic approach to medicine. My visits were also a lot short than I'm used to in non-conventional medicine. Standard lab tests were done piecemeal - and many of those weren't covered by my insurance as verbally indicated they would be. The office staff repeatedly dropped the ball and did not return my calls when they were supposed to give me additional information on things. A test kit I was told would be covered by my insurance is now going to cost me over $500 out-of-pocket because insurance does not, in fact, cover it. This was a very disappointing and costly experience due in part to their in-house monthly billing, on top of everything else. Perhaps my standards were higher because of my holistic background; but if you are seeking a holistic doctor, I would suggest you research further.
