After contacting several builders at the Bluffs on the Cape Fear, we chose to build with Coastal Cypress Building Company because of their attention to details for a custom home. Communication was key throughout the build process because we were living in Maryland. From finalizing our floor plan and signing the contract with Steve Swain to completing the build with Graham Smith - it was a positive experience with the CCBC team. Our forever home is all that we hoped for!

After we sold our first Coastal Cypress custom home and planned the build of our second, there was no doubt or hesitation that we were going to have Coastal Cypress build our second. Steve has incredible relationships within his business and was able to deliver another top notch custom on time and on budget. Communication was always on point, expectations were always set, and Steve has mastered this process. For us, we wouldn't recommend any other builder in the Coastal NC area.
