Updated: the manager contact me and took care of me. I can’t get them to answer their phone so I can cancel my membership, been trying for a week and no voicemail to leave a message. The car wash was a good service and would use again.

Exceptional!
Aside from all the perks of the wash itself, the customer service here is on a completely different level. Two employees who especially stood out to me were Dion and Dave.
Dion greeted me the very first time I came in. He was incredibly outgoing, answered all of my questions, and even helped me dry off my car. He has gone above and beyond not just once, but every single time I’ve visited. He always makes a point to say hello and check if I need anything. Great work, Dion.

Excellent car wash! I was driving from Charlotte to Wilmington and the front of my car was covered in bugs…I mean it was BAD! I found this place on Google (of course) and saw it had great reviews. I bought the best wash they had and boy did it deliver!! I tipped the guys a couple of bucks to hit the front and windshield with the power washer, and wasn’t expecting much, but man I was shocked at how clean it was! 99% of the bugs were gone and my SUV looked great! I’ll definitely be back when I’m in town next!
