Excellent Service.
I ordered 2 prescription glasses using my own frames online from Columbus Ohio.I mailed the frames to Spare Specs. I just got them back in the mail and it was all perfect. I'm so happy. Thank you so much. Will order again.

I mistakingly put the wrong prescription on my order. I called thinking I would have to pay for another pair of glasses since the error was mine. I was told no problem, received email immediately with postage paid return label and a new pair of glasses with correct prescription was in the mail to me that day. Amazing customer service!
