Unbelievably friendly service. Just went in to get a new nose pad for my glasses and they replaced the frames and cleaned up the lenses and all they asked for in return was a thank you and for me to have a great day!!!

Absolutely love this office! The staff is always so polite, eager to assist, and Dr. Fogleman is amazing, such class! I can't say enough positive about this team and our experience in their office.

These guys are #1 when it comes to eye wear service. I left the store and after several hours they sent another picture of a lighter frame because they thought I might like it better. See if you get that service and care at a chain store. Try them. You will throw rocks at your previous eye wear provider!!!

“If you offer a quality product at a competitive price and back it up with service you won’t go wrong.” In the summer of 1981 David Fogleman took this advice from his father and opened his optical store in what was then a very rural part of northern New Hanover County. Thirty years later the area has grown beyond recognition but Ogden Optical’s reputation as a quality, service oriented optical store has remained constant.
