Built a vacation home on Oak Island NC. Quality home and able to upgrade as desired. This builder uses Discover NC Realty Company and they represent the builder well with great communication and guidance with product selection.
I had a home built by SHB a year ago. Any issue I have had after moving in was taken care of immediately. John Vaivao is who handled everything and he is for sure an asset to this company!! Thank you John for all you have done :)
