I have been a customer for over 20 years and the Southeastern team is the best hands down. This is a company that stands by their work and the products they provide. Recently an issues was discovered on my unit that was replaced recently. The team diagnosed the issue which was a manufacturer defect, ensured I had temporary heat and then replaced the defective part and got me up and running again. No hassles, no negotiating, they stand by their products and workmanship is top notch! Thank you!
I had a service call yesterday and Shane came out and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took his time and was happy to walk me through some of the things he was noticing on my system so I understood the benefits of certain maintenance and replacement needs. After having multiple other companies out over the last year this was one I trust and have been the happiest with. Highly recommend!
super quick! I called first thing and he was out here by 8:30! Had the part to fix it right away!! Definitely the quickest service and feeling very blessed to have AC back! Alan was very nice and professional! Definitely recommend!!
