SKC installed our generator and we are very happy with it. It automatically tests itself on a weekly schedule, and the company provided the first annual maintenance at no extra charge. When two separate power outages occurred during the past year, the generator functioned reliably and efficiently. We consider the cost a worthwhile investment.
After suffering through Hurricane Florence, in 2019 I had SKC install my Generac Guardian 22 whole home generator. I've always found Shane's team to be professional and, most importantly, prompt in response to my needs. Unlike other Generac service providers I've read about, I am confident that I can rely upon SKC to be there for me during the next hurricane.
Arranged for SKC to begin the yearly maintenance on our 2yo Generac whole house system. All interactions were pleasant and professional. Josh was the technician. He was knowledgeable and thorough.
