Derek was great - courteous, helpful and professional. So were the two technicians who helped. We'd been dealing with a blocked storm drain and the resulting flooding of our parking pad for over 10 years and finally have the problem solved. Just wish we had called you all 10 years ago. Thanks!
Ben explained exactly what he saw under the house and showed me pictures of the necessary repairs. He was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. The work was finished in a timely manner. Following the repairs he also sent photos of the neatly completed work. The office staff were always friendly and accommodating. I will definitely recommend Roto-Rooter for plumbing repairs!!!
