Ben explained exactly what he saw under the house and showed me pictures of the necessary repairs. He was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. The work was finished in a timely manner. Following the repairs he also sent photos of the neatly completed work. The office staff were always friendly and accommodating. I will definitely recommend Roto-Rooter for plumbing repairs!!!
