A one day project took five days. We had to sit here all day long for five days and they made countless errors and at the end of the day still didn't fix it
August 2021
I did appreciate that they were quick to come out and texted who the service person was but that's about it. He came and looked at everything and crawled around and said, "huh" maybe your coils need to be cleaned or maybe you need duck work or maybe you need a bigger unit but I don't know, told me how to clean my coils myself, charged me and left. My system has continued to get worse. I'm not sure they know anything about HVAC. It's pretty discouraging to have the paid professional say "huh" not sure why you have it set on 70 but the inside temperature is 82.
January 2020
I called Salt Air after a new tenant called on a Sunday morning to inform us that the heat had gone out in their home. Salt Air had somebody there in about an hour, interacted professionally with our tenants and got the heat back on. Just as importantly, the kept me in the loop about what they were doing and when they would be there. Their technology is top notch. The tenants and I both got texts with confirmation of the appointment time, who the technician assigned was (with a picture) and even gave us the ability to track his route once he was on his way. I will be turning to Salt Air going forward.
