Helped in ways I didn't know I would ever need. Prior to coming here I had a mental health assessment done completely voluntarily on my part. This assessment left me with a diagnosis that was downright baffling and confusing. I'm sure they help a lot of people and can be quite accurate at times so don't think I'm bashing them, but my outcome could have been very bad for my life.
