Fantastic team - everyone from the phones, front desk, to the techs and vet! Everyone is always so kind and professional and my birds receive the highest level of care and respect (even though they misbehave)! I am super thankful we have such a wonderful team to take care of them!!

I’m new to the area and my senior pup has been with paws and claws the last 2-3 years of his life. They were recommended to me, however I can’t recommend them.
My sweet angel had cushings disease. During one of the tests, we had to leave him at paws and claws per their instruction. As soon as we got back home from his appt, he was throwing up multiple times. I called the paws and claws and they were almost closing for the day so recommended I take him to the emergency vet. He needed fluids but was fine. I spent almost 2k that day. Paws and claws never called and asked how he was. It left a bad taste in my mouth. I communicated with the manager and for future testing, they “allowed” us to drop off and pick up without leaving him all day.
In November, my sweet angel Bodie passed away. It was on the weekend and paws and claws was closed, so the emergency hospital handled the care.
Paws and claws never called or checked up or offered condolences..only sending me an email right before Christmas that they would be closed and to make sure I filled my pups prescriptions….
My baby meant the world to me and deserved more than that.

The staff (both medical and administrative) at Paws and Claws have always been extremely kind to our pet and shown great professionalism. So far, we've been fortunate to only need preventive care for our pup, and our experience has been great. I have great confidence that if we were to need additional treatment of any kind for her, we would receive the same professional care.

I love the staff and the facility. And I love that they care about my pet’s wellbeing.

The doctors and staff are amazing, there is nowhere else I would take my dog.
