I am writing to provide a review of the outstanding service we received from your company.
After recently purchasing a home from Logan Homes, we noticed during our pre-inspection that the tile work we had paid extra for was uneven. The Project Manager from Logan Homes contacted Matt from Owens Flooring to assess the issue. Matt sent his lead tile expert, Luis, who determined that the walls were uneven and recommended a full demolition and restart.

We were highly recommended by neighbors to contact Owens Flooring to replace wall to wall carpeting with hardwood flooring. After a bumpy start with Owens, where phone calls from me went unanswered, over a 2 month period, I finally sent a negative comment. Andy answered immediately and apologized for the inconvenience. He followed up the next day with a sample perfect match to existing floors and an estimate. Work was scheduled, flooring was delivered and installed to our complete satisfaction. As a side, the two installation technicians were very professional. Their removal of old carpet, install of the new hardwood and cleanup was perfect.
We had a ***** star experience with Andrew Owens "Owens Flooring & Interiors"! We used them for wallpaper installation & Charles was incredibly professional & far exceeded our expectations. We had some really complicated designer wallpaper placed in 4 different rooms of our home. Each room came out seamless and perfect. Charles was a great communicator and was clean & respectful of our space. We couldn't be there for the install, & Charles was very trustworthy & went above and beyond & sent pictures of each project as they were being done.
