I would highly recommend Kristin Roberts, trainer at K9 Off Leash Training in Wilmington. I have two 1-year old Labrador Retrievers, Cooper and Scout, who needed some intense, immersive training. They were really bad at pulling on the leash when walking, jumping up, and being reactive to the smallest distractions. I decided on a 2-week board and train with Kristin. I was a bit skeptical at first that the training would not be enough to get them to change. But after Cooper’s 2-weeks with Kristin, I was amazed. She was so good with him. Is this the same dog?
This is the response I get from those who have known Percy since before we started with Bradley at K9 Off Leash Dog Training. We were at our wits end with a 70lb big boy who pulled, lunged, and fought every step of his walk. We were tired of having our arms yanked around like a rag doll. Bradley evaluated us and our doggo. We are very lucky to have had Bradley as our trainer for our 9 month old golden retriever June. She is a little ADD and really struggled with pulling, walking on a leash, and paying attention to any of our commands/ instruction. We did the one week board and train and the improvement in June is incredible! Bradley was helpful and informative every step of the way from our pre-drop off call to lots of updates throughout the week - we felt confident June was safe, happy, & in capable hands.
