Jordan Mitchell came today for routine maintenance on the AC. He was prompt, courteous and professional. I’ve had a maintenance agreement 1 year and have been very pleased with each technician that has been to my home. Last winter I had a heating issue and was very pleased with the prompt response time and repair.

With this cold weather I had a water leak after the outside meter. Odyssey sent over Damien for the repair, he was very punctual, polite and a neat technician. He answered all my questions and explained everything. I have used Odyssey for all my plumbing and HVAC needs. I am very happy with the service
