Jordan Mitchell came today for routine maintenance on the AC. He was prompt, courteous and professional. I’ve had a maintenance agreement 1 year and have been very pleased with each technician that has been to my home. Last winter I had a heating issue and was very pleased with the prompt response time and repair.

Amazing. And very helpful in delivering piece of mind. Austin G. and his supervisor Lonnie got to our home quickly after an emergency call about surge protector fire. They stayed until Brunswick electric came and made sure all was okay. Amazing guys, amazing service. I know for sure that I can always count on Odyssey!!!
