My girlfriend surprised me with a couples massage while we were out in Wilmington. Our room was very welcoming and had an amazing atmosphere that really unique and cool. Both of our massage therapists were super friendly and made us feel very comfortable. If you’re in the area and need a good relaxing/therapeutic massage this is easily the best place to go. Will be stopping in again when we’re in town.
My first massage there was with Coco in April 2026, and it was so good I came back to Wilmington in June, same year and booked another session with Coco. She incorporates Reiki with her session. She also combines therapeutic touch with her stress relief massage 💆♀
I booked a surprise birthday appointment here for my partner, and it ended up being one of the best decisions I could have made. From start to finish, the experience at Native Salt Cave & Wellness was absolutely incredible.
The atmosphere alone is something special. The massage takes place in a cave-like room filled with Himalayan salt, with the floor completely covered, and it creates such a peaceful, almost surreal environment. As soon as we walked in, everything felt calm, intentional, and welcoming.
