For years Moser/Kool Ducts has been there for us and never lets us down. From the pleasant receptionist to thos that come out to help solve the issues, we have always got the best service and people. I trust no one else with our Heat/AC related issues.

They have bailed me out of a very hot house twice now in very short order and also replaced an older unit and new ducting to code. Also painstakingly troubleshooted another unit, finding the issue and saving me from an expensive purchase. I would highly recommend.Services: Repair HVAC

We moved into our new townhouse 2 weeks ago and decided to evacuate due to Hurricane Florence. While away we received a call from Moser Mechanical stating that our air compressor had been picked up by the wind, twisted around and was not longer working as they were in our neighborhood repairing other units that had similar problems. They were at our home when we arrived home to help us access the damage and give us a quote. The next day they arrived in the morning with a new compressor. They were prompt and efficient. They needed to cut the sheetrock to make the repair and recommended someone that was able to repair the sheetrock and paint it that same day. Great... read full review
