Were greeted professionally when came in to get a wheelchair for me to transfer me into and come inside. Benjamin was an excellent listener and ensured I understood all of the swabs. Tammy at the front desk was great. She provided me with some of the best information. Quite helpful when I got stuck completing paperwork.
I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable receptionist and the wait was not long. The phone entry for registration was OK except the photos for picture ID and insurance were not working correctly, so the receptionist helped me. My nurse and doctor were also very friendly and knowledgeable. The whole process took about one hour in the middle of a Friday afternoon, off-season. I would go back again!
Excellent, thorough, informative, and immediate attention from the time I checked in, having realized that I was having severe health issues. They all were caring and concerned and got me an ambulance to the hospital. Top notch in all respects!!
