This was my first visit here on 7/30/25 for an urgent care need. The receptionist was one that I failed to make note of her name, but she was very pleasant and had a fine smile. Vitals were recorded by Nurse, Denece Woody, and the Physician seen was Ashley Pratt, PA-C. EVERYONE and EVERYTHING WAS SUPERB. I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE IMPRESSED WITH THIS OFFICE IN THIS, MY VERY FIRST VISIT HERE! If and when I have any future need for urgent care, this is where I will return!!!
Now I dont know how they are during their busiest hours as far as how quickly they see you and get you out. But I was there for a hour and a half roughly which is great for a urgent care walk in. Not only did they see me and prescribe exactly what I needed, they gave a map with satellite image and directions on how to get to a harris teeter pharmacy with a huge parking lot right outside of Wilmington so i wouldn't need to go back in Wilmington. I was in a tractor trailer (sleeper, 53 foot trailer). It was a male nurse who did that for me, so I didn't have to wait until I got back to where i live to get my prescription. To me that's going above and beyond. I'm extremely grateful I went to this place while in Wilmington
