Patrick and Nelson came out to my home this morning to give me a free estimate on my attic ventilation. They arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. We have been sick in our townhome for almost two months and it tested high for chemicals in air quality tests. I have been trying to figure out the problem and where it is coming from. The attic was suspected. I called Maven roofing. Nelson and Patrick were able to figure out that the attic is not ventilated properly and showed me evidence and pictures as to what is causing the problem and how exactly it is not ventilated correctly. We're eagerly awaiting our build day and will update with photos then! So far, the team at MAVEN has been fantastic to work with—super accommodating and always making sure we’re taken care of, even from across the country while renting out our home.
