0 out of 5. Had an emergency situation and whoever my “doctor” is cut my prescription in half leaving me with a whole week of nothing. Stay away from here. Now I have to go the hospital

Great experience here. They saw us quickly when needed, were collaborative with other providers as needed, and provided good care for our young daughter. In particular, we saw Dr. Cameron, and was pleased.

I’ve been seeing Cameron Howell and she always takes the time to listen to my concerns, throughly explains options and makes sure I feel heard and understood. I highly recommend Cameron to anyone looking for exceptional care!

Andy and his medical assistant Lindsay are the best! Highly recommend them for anyone searching for a provider who still believes in excellent patient care without dealing with a large network that seems to have lost the personal touch.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The impression that this is a “family medicine” practice is completely false. There are absolutely no doctors, only PA’s. I took a home flu test and tested positive for flu A and called my specific practitioner to have a Tamiflu prescription called in. I’ve been seeing this guy regularly for over 3 years now. They would not call in prescription without an office visit. They said “ We wouldn’t test you for flu again we just need to see you” aka give us your money so you can get the medication you need. What a joke. Never going back to them and I suggest you not waste your time/money with them either.

Pros: The doctors are able to get you in very quickly for appointments. The lab techs and nurses I’ve seen so far are very sweet and considerate.
Cons: there is a woman that works the front desk for check ins with gray hair and glasses (I don’t remember her name). She’s very rude to me every time I’ve come in for appointments and I haven’t done anything for her to behave this way to me. It’s made me consider finding another doctor because it gives me anxiety when I’m trying to check in to be seen. A few days ago I came by to drop off a stool sample and she tried to immediately turn me away due to missing bottles which my GI already took from me (I didn’t want to repeat all of the same tests and pay twice so I was just turning in one bottle that was different). She rolled her eyes at me and said they can’t take it meanwhile I’m over here with a mystery intestine infection, rectal bleeding, dramatic weight loss, and heart issues..I was pushy and told her I want the bottle tested so I can find out why I’m sick. She went and got a nurse and was very cold and asked me to sit down to wait for them. The nurse called up a tech or someone and they had no problem testing just one tube instead of the whole set of tubes..and the front desk woman almost prevented me from getting proper testing..
you also have to go into this dr for repeat testing before you can get referrals even if the WR already did a test and sent it to the drs here. I had an abnormal ekg and was told I have to have another abnormal one at this Dr office and pay a copay and be seen before they will give me a cardiologist referral. Luckily I’m able to get the repeat ekg quickly but I’m running out of money to keep being seen having to jump thru all these hoops..
